Ahh, the denim jacket. A classic staple in my wardrobe for sure! I wear my denim jacket pretty much year round, but it seems to come out most often in the fall. A good denim jacket is something I think everyone needs – it’s the perfect “in between” temps item to have & is so dang easy to style!
I could chat with you all day about the outfits you could incorporate a denim jacket into, but instead I will share 4 different styles that all benefit from the addition of a denim jacket this fall:

Casual Cool – I love throwing my denim jacket on over black jeans and a black t-shirt! It looks so effortlessly…cool. To amp the outfit up a little (and make it even more fall-esq!) I put on my wool hat and leopard mules.
Travel Companion – Any time we travel, I take my denim jacket along. It keeps me warm on the plane and I just love how it looks paired with leggings, white sneakers, a white t-shirt, and a plaid button up peaking out underneath it!
Dressed Down – Who says you have to put away your favorite summer dress once summer’s over?! Wear your dress a little longer by throwing on a pair of booties and your denim jacket!
Sweater Weather – Because sometimes in Saskatchewan, a sweater isn’t quite warm enough on it’s own! Wear a denim jacket over an oversized sweater (bonus points if it’s a mock/turtle neck sweater because those are trendy this season!) and leggings. You’ll be comfortable AND warm!
