How To: Wearing Sweaters in the Summer
I’m a sucker for a good, cozy sweater. It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, if it’s something cozy enough to make me want to rub my face on it… I want to wear it!! Sweaters can be kinda tough to wear in the summertime though. Sometimes they look a little too bulky and can get too hot. The one that I wore while in Saskatoon a few weekends ago however, was perfect! It is oversized and a bit on the long side which can come across as being bulky. My solution to that was to knot it in the front! Instant shape and summer-esq vibe. The colour of my sweater is another reason I can get away with wearing it in the summer time. It is a gorgeous oatmeal colour that is light enough to feel summery – especially paired with these white jeans!
I’m wearing open toed booties and gold double back studs from Park and Buzz. This outfit may be a little too “one tone” for some, but I dig that style! Especially if it’s in the gold/tan colour family.
We visited the Crossmount Cider Company while in Saskatoon – which is where these pics were taken. Super gorgeous view with excellent beverage choices! š
