Distressed Boyfriend Jeans & Leopard Heels
Usually I try to incorporate at least one or two older clothing items into my outfits. However, everything that I’m wearing here is brand new – I was just too dang excited not to wear them all together! My tank is one of my recent purchases from the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale. If you missed out on the sale, don’t worry – they have another good one happening next month I believe! My tank is by the same brand as those long roll-tab tunics I rave about (see this post to check out which one I’m referring to). Because of that fact alone, I was pretty confident I would like this tank. It’s a super light weight material, a bit on the longer side with higher slits up the sides. I didn’t notice any severe wrinkling while I was wearing it, so that is always a plus for me as well. The jeans that I’m wearing I just bough on sale at Evelyn Lane. I looove the other pair of Black Orchid skinny jeans (see this post for reference) that I also bought at Evelyn Lane so was PUMPED to see a pair of distressed ones go on sale. I have to admit, I’m not usually big on boyfriend jeans.. I always find that my very womanly hips do not fit the best in jeans that are more straight legged. These however, fit me better than most boyfriend jeans. I would recommend sizing up though as I found my regular size 30 a bit snug (especially in the hip area!).
Probably my most favourite thing I bought during the Nordstrom sale is these leopard beauties. Seriously. OBSESSED. As you all know, I totally view leopard as a neutral so the styling options are endless with these bad boys! They are just the right height for me and are pretty comfortable for a heel. Part of the reason why they’re comfortable is thanks to the ankle strap for additional support. Also, they are legit fur soo if you see me wearing these while stroking them… you know why and are not allowed to judge me. You can find a similar necklace to mine here, my watch here, and my earrings are this style in more of a lilac colour!
Anyone else get down right giddy when they have something new to wear?!🙋🏼
Ah, I love that outfit! Definitely something I could see myself wearing (especially the heels!)
Thanks girl!! I’m such a sucker for leopard anything so the heels were a must! 😉
